After two years you will be charged £45 annually for hosting and re-registration of your chosen co.uk domain name (additional domains purchased will incur additional costs - prices on application).

Basic Package: £250.00 one off fee with one month unlimited maintenance included.

Deluxe Package

Editable 'Brochure Style' Site

• Up to 25 Web Pages of content provided by you
• Up to 10 Email Addreses
• Secure Admin Section where pages can be edited directly from the browser by the client.
  (eg a forthcoming gigs page - example hoarsewithnoname/gigs.asp).
• 2 Years Web Hosting
• 2 Years Domain Name Registration

After two years you will be charged £45 annually for hosting and re-registration of your chosen co.uk domain name (additional domains purchased will incur additional costs - prices on application).

Deluxe Package: £500.00 one off fee with one month unlimited maintenance included.

Additional pages are charged at £10.00 per page.

The hourly rate for additional content changes after the first month is £15 per hour with a minimum charge of £3.00. The client is charged 3 monthly for maintenance and annually for hosting. Any work that may incur costs over and above this will be discussed and approved first. There will be no hidden costs form Honey Web Design.

For web sites with no additional content maintenence only the annual hosting fee will be charged.

• All down payments and deposits received are non refundable.
• Honey Web Design reserves the right to revise and amend an initial quote to a customer where needed.
• Unless otherwise explicitly agreed and stated, Honey Web Design's responsibility is limited to designing customers' websites and excludes the update, use, altering, maintenance, troubleshooting etc. of the customer's website/s once online. Honey Web Design reserves the right to request additional payment to cover any or all of such work and/or to refuse to undertake such work.
• Honey Web Design uses customers' material e.g. text, information, photos etc to design customers' websites. Honey Web Design is not responsible for these materials. The use of these websites is at the visitor's or user' Descriptions of, or references to information, products, services or publications within the customers' websites do not constitute or imply their endorsement or recommendation in any way by Honey Web Design, its employees or contractors.
• Honey Web Design reserves the right in its absolute discretion:
  to add to or remove any material from the Website or to amend, alter, redesign or change anything contained in or on it at any time;
  to monitor, suspend, revoke, or otherwise limit access to the Website at any time.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law Honey Web Design excludes liability for any loss, claim, damages or any special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages (whether directly or indirectly incurred) of any kind arising out of or in connection with any visitor's or user's access to, or use of the Website, or any material thereon, whether based in contract, tort or whether negligent or otherwise, even if Honey Web Design has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
